After your subscription activates, the Hango team provisions your access to the events backoffice (backoffice.hango.ch). You're notified as soon as it's ready.

No. The Hango backoffice is a separate system with its own login. Your backoffice credentials are provided by the Hango team.

Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annual). Annual gives 12 months of service for the price of 11, paid upfront. Minimum commitment: 3 months on monthly plans. All prices include VAT.

By bank transfer using the Swiss QR-bill attached to every invoice — scan the code with your banking app. Payment terms: 15 days. No credit card or online checkout.

Every invoice includes a Swiss-standard QR payment section. Scan the QR with your e-banking app: amount, reference and beneficiary are pre-filled.

Yes. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

Yes, from your portal: one month's notice for the end of a month, subject to the minimum commitment. You keep access to your invoices and documents after cancellation.

Yes — submit a pause request (dates + reason). Once approved by Hango, billing is suspended during the pause and your commitment is extended accordingly.

Automatic reminders are sent (no reminder fees in V1). After 45 days overdue, your distribution services may be suspended. You always keep access to your account, invoices and documents. Paying the balance allows quick reactivation.

Eligible nightlife and cultural events from approved members are supplied to Lausanne Tourisme channels (coverage: Lausanne). Hango verifies each profile's eligibility and retains editorial discretion.

No. Only genuine nightlife/cultural events are eligible. Publication with a third-party partner is never guaranteed: each destination keeps its own criteria.

Hango is a nightlife/cultural platform. Discounts, sales, food promotions and Hango Pass offers stay on Hango but are never pushed to tourism feeds — a requirement from our partners (e.g. “50% off pizza tomorrow” is not distributable).

Via the “Tourism partners” page: describe your destination and our technical team will contact you. The event API already exists; POI data is on the roadmap.

Hango Pro is the professional portal of the Hango network. It lets bars, clubs, restaurants and organizers manage their nightlife presence, subscriptions, contracts and invoices — and distribute their events across Hango and eligible partner channels.

Create a Hango Pro account, search for your venue to claim it (or create its profile), choose a plan and sign the contract online. The Hango team approves every profile before activation.

Yes. From Bronze, event publication through the Hango backoffice is unlimited.

Hango Pass is Hango's consumer benefit product. From Bronze, you can create and manage your Hango Pass offers/deals in the backoffice. These commercial offers remain separate from the cultural event feed.

Hango Social is full management of YOUR own social accounts by the Hango team: strategy, on-site filming, editing, publishing, 7/7 community management, comment and DM replies, reporting. The exact scope is agreed during onboarding. From CHF 600/month VAT included.

Yes, from Bronze: stories, posts, reels, videos, photos, training… Fixed-price services are ordered in two clicks; larger projects go through a quote. Invoiced separately from your subscription.

Yes: website, SEO, Meta Ads, influencer campaigns, aftermovies… Submit your request from the portal and the Hango team sends you a quote.
